Walkinshaw Andretti United has announced that all three of the Team’s Co-Naming Rights Partners from 2020, Mobil 1™, Appliances Online, and Middy’s Electrical, will continue with the Team for the 2021 Repco Supercars Championship Season.

Like 2020, Chaz Mostert will pilot the Mobil 1 Appliances Online No. 25 in 2021, and Bryce Fullwood will behind the wheel of the Mobil 1 Middy’s Racing No. 2.

2021 marks Mobil 1’s 28th year as a partner of the team, continuing on one of the most iconic partnerships in global motorsport.

Appliances Online will continue with the Team for their third season, after joining for the 2019 Bathurst 1000.

2021 will mark the second season with the Team for Middy’s Electrical after beginning the relationship at the start of the 2020 season.

Walkinshaw Andretti United Team Principal, Bruce Stewart, said he was delighted to see the support of three fantastic partners continue into 2021.

“To continue our wonderful relationship with all three of our naming rights partners for 2021 is fantastic. Their on-going support, especially throughout 2020, has been felt by every single one of us here, and no doubt our fans as well,” said Stewart.

“For Mobil 1 to be entering into its 28th year with the team is an incredible journey to be a part of. Their brand is iconic, their product unquestionable, and we have a fantastic relationship with all the distributors right across Australia and New Zealand.

“Our journey with Appliances Online started at the 2019 Bathurst 1000, on the podium, and has really gone from strength-to-strength ever since. They are a seriously impressive business, and it’s been a pleasure to work with the entire team.

“Middy’s were a fantastic addition to our team last year, and as Australia’s largest independent electrical wholesaler, are a fantastic family business whose values are intertwined with ours. It was great to see their brand on the podium with Bryce’s third place finish at The Bend last year, and we look forward to more success in the future.

“There’s no doubt we took steps forward in 2020, and we are working as hard as ever to continue that trajectory in 2021, with the support of our fantastic partner group.”

The livery of both cars will be revealed in the coming weeks, before the 2021 season starts at the Bathurst 500 on February 28-29.

About Mobil 1

Racing provides the Mobil 1™ brand the ultimate testing ground to improve the technology in our range of oil and lubricants. The history of Mobil 1 in motorsports dates back to the early 1970s, competing in rallying and Formula 1™ through Williams. Each race season, their advanced products go to work to help improve vehicle performance and efficiency.
