It’s the biggest weekend of the year, the Adelaide Grand Final, where Chaz Mostert is one of four drivers in the fight for the 2025 Supercars Championship.

Ryan Wood was the ultimate wingman at Sandown helping Chaz secure his spot in the final. As we head into Adelaide, the entire team is UNITED and ready to put our best foot forward to win the championship.

The Finals

Four drivers go into Adelaide on 5000 points plus Grand Final Bonus points of 50, 30, and 15 for first to third place based on the points score after the Sandown semi-final.

Standings

Broc Feeney: 5,050
Chaz Mostert: 5,030
Will Brown: 5,015
Kai Allen: 5,000

The final three races at Adelaide will determine the championship, where one of the top four drivers will come out on top with the highest championship points total.

Format

Thursday: On track action begins with a 30-minute Practice session to kick off the weekend.

It’s all to play for on Friday afternoon with a 100km race, where $50,000 of prize money is on the line for the winner. Tune in from 4.20pm to watch the excitement unfold.

  • Sunday’s final 250km race of the year: Starts at 3:15pm

The Track

Adelaide is a circuit that requires 100 per cent commitment 100 per cent of the time. The concrete canyon always produces some brilliant racing, but also bites… and bites hard.

Turn 8 is one of the most infamous corners in Australia. It’s a fast-sweeping right hander, where you hold your breath every time a car buzzes through and slides to the outside fence.

Tyres

We are on the Dunlop Soft Tyre all weekend long.

Pitstops

Friday: One compulsory stop, no refuelling due to the shorter 100km race.
Saturday/Sunday: Minimum of two compulsory pit stops, including refueling, for the 250km races.

Weather

It looks like there could a few showers this weekend, especially for Friday’s afternoon race.

Ryan Wood

“I can’t believe the 2025 season is almost over, it’s been a year to remember, ticking off a lot of firsts; first podium, first race win, first pole.

“Maverick and Goose will be back in action this weekend, we have one goal as a team and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

“We will be leaving nothing on the table this weekend, it’s time to put on one final show for the fans in 2025.”

Chaz Mostert

“Car 25 in 2025 has a nice ring to it! This weekend let’s make it happen.

“We have been working all year building our car for this weekend, we have come on strong when it really matters, let’s get the chocolates.

“I am so proud of how far we have come as a team over the last few years, there is no other group of people I would want to be fighting for a championship with.”
