Boost Mobile, Australia’s favourite prepaid provider, has today been announced as a Partner of Mobil 1™ HSV Racing ahead of this weekend’s Clipsal 500.

Boost is a well-known brand in the adrenalin sports arena, and lives and breathes the intersection between action sports, motorsports, music and culture, while delivering prepaid services with 4G on the Telstra 4G mobile network.

General Manager of Boost Mobile Australia, Jason Haynes, is delighted to be a part of the team this weekend.

"Boost Mobile has a long history of supporting motorsport in Australia and we are proud to be partnered at the Clipsal 500 in 2017 with Mobil 1 HSV Racing. It’s a perfect alignment along with James Courtney, one of Boost Mobile's marque athletes and motorsport ambassadors,” Haynes said.

"Walkinshaw Racing have such an amazing history in the world of Supercars in Australia. With James Courtney, Scott Pye and Adrian Burgess at the helm, we feel we are a part of a winning team, and look forward to a great race weekend in Adelaide.”

“We wish the team, James and Scott a great weekend of racing.”

Mobil 1 HSV Racing Managing Director, Adrian Burgess, is excited by the new partnership.

“It’s great to have such a high-energy business such as Boost Mobile join our team on the eve of such a big race,” Burgess said.

“Boost Mobile are no strangers to high octane sports, with a long and proud history of adrenalin sports marketing, and we are no exception to that. With 4G on the Telstra Mobile Network, they certainly have the right platform on which to get their messaging out to the wide fan base about some of the great pre-paid deals with great coverage that are on offer to not only our fans, but the Supercars followers in general.

“You certainly get more bang for your buck with Boost Mobile.”

The partnership will also see the Australian company use James Courtney as an ambassador for at least the next 12 months.

The Mobil 1 HSV Racing cars will hit the track at 9:40am local time today for practice 1.
